Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for activities carried out under their accounts.
Users are responsible for the sources, keywords, business settings, and connected accounts they configure. Users must not use DEMISENSE for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, unauthorized, or harmful monitoring.
DEMISENSE may monitor public pages, forums, marketplaces, social platforms, or user-authorized sources depending on the user’s plan, configuration, and available integrations. Source availability may change due to platform rules, technical limitations, or access restrictions.
DEMISENSE provides intelligence and insights. It does not guarantee sales, conversions, revenue, employment outcomes, business growth, or any specific commercial result.
Paid plans, subscriptions, pilots, or custom enterprise arrangements may be billed through supported payment providers or manual invoices. Pricing and access may vary based on plan, usage limits, and custom scope.
Enterprise, managed intelligence, institutional pilot, or custom workflow services may be governed by separate written proposals, invoices, agreements, or implementation scopes.
We aim to keep DEMISENSE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party platform changes, hosting issues, or technical events may affect availability.
DEMISENSE is provided as an intelligence tool. Users remain responsible for verifying information before taking business decisions, contacting leads, making purchases, or acting on any insight generated by the platform.
