We use collected information to provide demand intelligence services, manage user accounts, monitor configured sources, generate buyer-intent insights, provide notifications, improve the platform, and support billing or customer service where applicable.
DEMISENSE is designed to analyze public or user-authorized source information for business intelligence purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that any sources they add or connect are appropriate and authorized for monitoring.
Where users connect accounts or request authenticated source monitoring, DEMISENSE may process session-related information needed to perform the requested monitoring. Access to such information is restricted and handled for the purpose of providing the DEMISENSE service.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, account data, and authenticated session data. Internal tools and sensitive administrative pages are restricted to authorized users.

Where payments are enabled, payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paystack or Stripe. DEMISENSE does not store full card details on its own servers.
